I took a spin class yesterday and this poster was on the wall next to the bikes. I was at first drawn to the vintage look of it, but quickly did a double take - just to make sure - are they smoking?? But of course! This is France in the 1930s.
Though I doubt it made them peddle faster, it's kind of fun to see them patting each other on the back like that. Watch out for the guy sneaking up behind you though!
