Bocas del Toro

Arriving in Bocas del Toro, Panama felt like a sweet and welcomed breeze washed away all the grime and hassle from the trip down. The city was active with tourists and merchants languidly moving along the colorful streets. Bocas feels more like being in the Caribbean than in Central American. Lots of sun and sand, fresh fish, slow vibes, surfers, smokers, late morning hours and early night hours (for business at least).

Time in Bocas was mostly spent getting burnt on the beach, swimming is the super salty and warm sea, or else playing cards under shelter to avoid a huge downpour.
