Today I've been thinking about words. Rarely do they adequately express how we truly feel - but they can be really fun tools to play with.
Personally, I get a simple joy of hearing certain word combinations. For example, why say a dish tasted good when you can say it tickled my taste-buds or it was a delightful flavor explosion in my mouth. Ok, true, those phrases are highly dramatized and talking like that employs a very non-economical use of words. But isn't life more fun when you take joy in simple things such as word usage? I think so!
